11 Foods That Are Making You Bloat

Tips on what to avoid eating and drinking in order to lose and maintain a flat belly.




    1. Refined grains: Such as white bread, rice & pasta. Alternate these for whole grains such as whole wheat bread, rice and pasta. Also Quinoa and couscous are great alternatives to rice in general. Studies show that eating refined grains leads to visceral fat aka BELLY FAT! This is a not a good thing as it can increase your risk for diabetes, heart disease and other illnesses. So stay away from that!  
    2. Bottled sauces: Most bottled sauces are processed and contain high amounts of fats  
    3. Soda: Carbonated drinks cause bloating and most of them are high carbs and sugars. 
    4. Bottled Juice: Most bottled juices are unnaturally processed and full of sugar and carbs. Stick to water. Water is your belly's BFF.  
    5. Candy: Even if it's labeled sugar free it's usually high in carbohydrates or contains sugar substitutes. Fruits are the way to go.  
    6. White Sugar: Try to use with brown sugar instead even with coffee. 
    7. Sugar Substitutes: Reported to cause bloating and very unhealthy.  
    8. Cakes, Doughnuts & Biscuits: Do I really need to explain myself for this one? Save it for cheat day!
