Seems too good to be true? Well basically that's what can happen if you drink this smoothie for breakfast and also eat right.

I'm not saying that a healthy smoothie can subside a bad diet but if you replace your usual breakfast for this smoothie and eat healthy meals throughout your day like the ones listed in meal ideas for a smaller waist you will see a significant difference in your waist size.

So what's so amazing about this smoothie?

Well for starters it contains blueberries and blueberries have antioxidants that eliminate belly fat, heart disease and diabetes. They also change the way your body stores glucose. So consuming a smoothie with blueberries daily will benefit your body in many ways including losing belly fat.

The next super food in this smoothie is carrot. Carrots also have a powerful antioxidant that helps in digestion helping you get and maintain a flat belly. Carrots are essential at breaking down fat and they also boost your metabolism.

Oats are also included in this recipe oats are high in fiber and help you feel fuller longer. They also help you reduce belly fat. According to a study conducted in 2010 by "Journal of the American Dietetic Association " they discovered that their overweight and obese participants that ate whole grain oat cereal twice a day reduced their waist size more than the participants eating low fiber cereal with the same calorie intake.
