Blueberry Slim Oat Smoothie 

  • 1 cup of nondairy milk 

  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1 peeled carrot 

  • 2 tbsp of whole oats

  • 1 tsp of honey

Pineberry Kale Smoothie

  • 3 ounces vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup kale

  • 3/4 cup water

Strawberry Dream Smoothie

  • 1 cup nondairy milk

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 2 tsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil

  • Stir in flaxseed oil after you blend your smoothie. 

 

Flat Belly Smoothie #4

Peanut Butter Slay

  • ½ cup nondairy milk

  • ½ cup fat-free plain yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter 

  • ¼ very ripe banana

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 4 ice cubes 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.

  2. Enjoy immediately.
