Gym Waist Trainer vs Sport Waist Trainer

I love to wear a waist trainer when I'm at the gym!
I have grown accustomed to that the sweat effect and the compression which constantly reminds me to suck it in and to keep my abs tight.
There are 2 different types of waist trainers that I wear to the gym. Both are used for different purposes.

Gym waist trainer

gym waist trainer
The gym waist trainer is ideal for:
Cardio
Ab Training (crunches, sit-ups, etc)
All Gym Activities

    Sport waist trainer

The sport waist trainer is ideal for:
    Weight training
    Light cardio (walking)
All day wear (shaping and contouring)
The sport waist trainer is better to use in my opinion during weight training for because of the tight fit posture and back support.
I do not recommend the sports waist trainer for high-intensity cardio or ab training. The boning and tight fit of the waist trainer will restrict your movement and cause you to run out of breath faster.
The sports waist trainer, on the other hand, can be used to do all types of activities! It is safe and recommended to use during ab training and cardio for that extra sweat and fat burn in the midsection.
You can use a gym waist trainer for weight training, but the sport waist trainer is better to use in my opinion during weight training for because of the tight fit posture and back support.
It will also make your waist sweat while you workout, which is a bonus since most people do not sweat in their midsection while doing exercises such as dumbbell curls or squats for example.
Posture is important while weight training, so a waist trainer will be your best friend!
