In order to achieve great results when waist training I recommend wearing your garment 6-8 hours a day.
However, for first-timers, it is best to waist train for 1-3 hours the first day and gradually increase your waist training time. It really depends on what your body is comfortable with. If you feel uncomfortable take it off and put it back on in a few hours.
However, the trick to reaching your waist goals is to stay CONSISTENT! That means this is something you should do daily or at least 5 out of 7 days a week even after you reach your desired measurements.
