HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Cart" button on the top any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number of items, and then by clicking "update cart" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
HOW DO I USE PROMO CODES AND CHECKOUT?
If you have a promo code/coupon, then apply code by clicking the "add coupon" link and apply code. A new price will be calculated.
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the "checkout" button in your shopping cart
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping CART. Colors and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
If you place an order listed as "pre order" it will have an estimated shipping time. You can always get an update on the ship date by sending a request via email.
DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?
We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible in our item description box. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use our description box as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal payments and most credit cards. If you are having trouble checking out, try deleting your cookies and completing your purchase.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped via paypal. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. All tracking numbers can be viewed by clicking the tracking number that is hyperlinked. or by going to www.usps.com and typing in your tracking number via the United States Post office website.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Order processing takes 1-4 days from when order was placed (excluding holidays). Once processed then we will ship your item. We use priority shipping via the United States Post Office. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days to arrive at destination.
All sales are FINAL! Returns for store credit and exchanges are allowed once customer has contacted our return department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Customers who are approved will recieve a RA # (Return Authorization Number). If customer contacts us outside of the 10 days, So Enticing will not allow return for store credit or exchange.
No returns or exchanges are allowed on CLEARANCE or SALE ITEMS under any circumstances.
Items that are approved for return through our return department can receive store credit or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost when exchanging items. If customer decides to recieve store credit, then a store credit for item purchased will be credited to customer. Shipping previously paid by customer will not be added to store credit. The store credit will expire in one year from date issued. Store credit cannot be used with any promo sales.
