How long should I waist train for?


In order to achieve great results when waist training we recommend wearing your garment for 6-8 hours a day for 5-7 days a week.
However for first timers it is best to waist train for 1-3 hours the first day and gradually increase your waist training time. It depends on what your body is comfortable with. If you feel uncomfortable take it off and put it back on in a few hours. 
Remember that the way to reach your waist goals is to stay CONSISTENT! That means this is something you should do daily or at least 5 out of 7 days a week even after you have reached your desired measurements.
Along with your waist training, a healthy balanced meal plan & mild exercise  is encouraged for even better results.
