Return Policy

Shop with confidence! We value our customers therefore, we grant thirty days (30) to our customers in order for them to return an item.  

All items are subject to quality approval in compliance with the Federal Health Regulations about intimate garments. 

We accept returns under the following conditions: 

  1. a) Items must be in new conditions, unworn, with all tags attached, and in it's original package.
  2. b) Must be free of any marks or scents.

We strongly recommend being makeup-free and perfume free when trying on our garments. We also suggest that you try on our items over your own clothing. 

In order to return your order, you can purchase a return label at www.USPS.com and also schedule a package pick up. Your package can be picked up at any location of your choice. That way you can avoid a trip to the post office. 

PLEASE make sure your return meets the following requirements listed below. If your item is received in poor conditions that does not meet our requirements, it will be returned to you without an exchange. 

  • No signs of wear 
  • All tags attached 
  • No smells other than natural product scent 
  • No animal hair or lint 
  • No Stains or deodorant marks  
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles  
  • Must be in its original packaging 
  • Returned within 30 days of the date you received your initial purchase

  • Abdominal Boards  

We adhere to all Health Code Regulations. Because of this, we refuse to accept returned items with crotch lining once they have been worn; we suggest that you try these garments over your own underwear. We have the right to refuse the return of items with obvious signs of wear.

 (i.e., if the items have been soiled, or have been smudged with makeup, or if the item has a distinct smell)

We reserve the right to refuse a return for abuse or misuse of our policy. If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy we will not process the exchange of your item, and your return will be shipped back to you.
